Christmas & New Year Card – Free File Friday

How’s all of your Christmas preparations going? I can’t believe there’s only 3 weeks to go and I’m not that prepared at all really.

Except for cards……I’ve made a few so far, this is one of them and…..it ticks all the boxes!

I made a version of this earlier in the year for a friend’s Birthday and at the time thought it would make a great Christmas card too! So I’ve adapted the pattern for a Christmas and New Year greeting and thought I’d share the file.

I like the Kraft Card combo with the red, white and black contrast, but if anyone makes this in another coloured cardstock I’d love to see it!

Here’s a close up of the card showing the Ticks (check marks) which I’ve raised up:

The red “Have A Great” text is quite thin so a nice sharp blade in your machine will help. To attach it to the white offset I ran it through my Xyron machine to make a sticker but another option would be to use adhesive cardstock for this part of the design, especially if you’re not keen to use glue on such a thin cut out.
