Easter Chalkboard Printable – Free File Friday.

This week’s free file is a Print & Cut Easter Chalkboard Design inspired by a classic Easter song!

Here comes Peter Cottontail …..Hoppin’ down the bunny trail…… with a Hippity, Hoppity….Easter’s on its way!

Years ago we had this song on tape (yes that long ago!) and played it  in the car when we were heading off on a camping trip over the Easter weekend. Our young daughter, who was probably about 6 or 7  then,  insisted that Peter Cottontail was hoppin’ down the Money Trail… and there was no way we could convince her otherwise, despite playing it over and over ….and over for hours!!

When cut, the print will fit  a 13 x 18cm Frame (5 x 7 inch) but of course the Studio file can be resized however you like. The file will  work with the Designer Edition of the Software as I used some of the  features that only come with the Designer’s Edition……so if you open it in the Free Silhouette Software, the fonts & some parts of the design may not show as intended.

(Update: Kay Hall from CleverSomeDay has shared the tip with me that “If you Click “release sketch” at the bottom of the sketch window the file will then work on the basic edition”  I’ve done that now and re uploaded the amended file) Thanks Kay!

Having said that – Never fear, if you haven’t got the DE Software or don’t even have a cutting machine, I’ve got you covered and included a PDF Printable instead 🙂
