I love My Dad! Free File Friday

Here’s another card for the Dad in your life. Use it for Dad’s Birthday or for Father’s Day.

This card is made up of 3 layers. There’s the black square base card, with a red middle layer and then the white top layer.

The red peeks through the heart cut out in the top layer and also forms a thin red border around the inside of the white letter cut outs. For added interest, I used a textured red card for the middle layer. You can see the dots on the heart.

When you cut out the top layer, remember to save the cut outs from the letters D & A – you’ll need to stick them on after you’ve assembled the layers.
