It’s so nice to be back after a rather long absence from blogging. He He, yes, 5 weeks is a long time in blogland! Today for your cutting pleasure I have this great little sunflower design π
I hope you’ll be able to find a use for it. I’m going to use my test cuts to decorate some giftwrap, but it would look equally at home adorning a card, or cut from vinyl decorating a wall orΒ cut from heat transfer material as a T Shirt motif .
For my test cut I used cardstock in four colours and textured the dark brown with dots for a bit of added interest and contrast in the centre.
And here’s a test cut of the Print & Cut Version which is also included in the file. I used regular print paper for this one and offset the cut lines.

Very cool flower, I know just exactly where I am going to use this. Thanks so much for sharing!
Thanks Kate, I’d love to see what you do with it π
Hi Pam. Thanks for the sunflower. I love them and this a perfect cut file, can’t wait to use it. I have a question, why have you not updated your software yet? The reason I ask, I’m still using 2.8.4d myself. And I’m really not sold on the latest version yet. I don’t have any problems with mine as is and I am always afraid of getting everything messed up and having to start from scratch with it and I just don’t like change. I feel I will eventually have too, but I dread it. I was just wondering if you are not totally sold on it yet or what. Thanks! hugs, Patty
Hi Patty,
Thanks for visiting – I’m pleased you like the file.
I know exactly what you mean – I’m quite happy with how my older version runs too! Although, I am curious to see the new features π
I haven’t updated yet as I’ve been a bit ‘Time Poor” these last few months and haven’t had the time to get familiar with a new program. From what I’ve heard it does seem to be a bit of a new learning curve!
Fortunately, life has settled down here lately and I have a bit more free time so I do intend to download the new version soon. I might put it on my husband’s Laptop to run both versions while I get the hang of it π
Thank you for the file – so cute!
My pleasure Terry!
