Wish on a Star Topper

Today I’m sharing a file for a starry cupcake topper.

When I was ready to take the pics of my sample cut  I didn’t have a cupcake handy, so…….I need you to use your imagination and imagine the lemon below is a delicious cupcake LOL…Yes, I know it’s a bit of a stretch. I guess this is what’s known as a blog styling fail 🙂 When life gives you lemons…………..stick a cup cake topper on it!

I taped a cocktail stick/toothpick to the back of the star. The extra star is there in case you wish to cover the tape on the back.

Group it all together and enlarge the file and it will work for a large cake too (satay sticks will do the trick here) . Or instead of on a cake, use it as a pick to jazz up a pot plant or bunch of flowers.

I used a fairly heavy card stock so the word supports itself without drooping. If you make it larger or use a lighter card then you could use a stick each end for extra support.
