I’m sharing a Birthday Gift Tag Cutting File today. It comes in two layers and you can use it with or without the solid background. The picture above shows the tag cut from black Card stock.
Here it is (below) with a contrast backing. You could glue the layers together – I didn’t – the twine is holding them together instead.
The version below (also included in the file) has the string hole removed and I’ve cut it from vinyl. I popped it on my Brother in law’s Birthday present as a sticker. It was a little tricky to adhere: I couldn’t use transfer tape as it would have stuck to the paper so I folded back the vinyl backing at the top, placed the exposed sticky back of the vinyl on my package and carefully pulled the backing down and out (which was sandwiched between the wrapping paper and the vinyl), pressing down the vinyl as I went. I think this is called the hinge method.
