This file includes 5 separate layers of Circle Frame elements. You can mix and match them however you like. Just use a couple of layers or use them all!  This one uses 4 layers….

This one uses all 5 – although I’ve made the middle pink one smaller so the back blue layer is visible. Anyway you get the idea…..
