There’s absolutely no chance of me Dashing Through The Snow this Holiday Season. Here on my side of Oz, we’re expecting it to be balmy 29 degrees or so. That’s around 84 degrees for those who prefer their temps in Fahrenheit.
Still, thinking of snow will keep me cool and they’ll be ice around….but only in the freezer 😉
Today’s free file is a cute circular text design with a dashing deer in the middle. I designed this with either vinyl or HTV in mind – It’ll look kind of sweet on a Baby’s Bib or T Shirt. It can easily be resized or cut from paper or card too.
To try it out, I popped it on an organza bag to make this Christmas Gift Bag.
Just a tip when working with organza and HTV: Pop some Baking paper inside the bag before pressing. As the fabric has such an open weave, it will fuse the front of the bag to the inside back of the bag. He He – I’m speaking from experience, but luckily I was able to separate the bag gently with my fingers later, and it didn’t ruin it!

The Deer comes from the Free Font “Deers” available from Dafont. The text is Burford
Rustic Black. I was fortunate and got the font as part of a Bundle some time ago.
