SVG Sunday. Happy New Year File.

It’s getting closer to the dawn of the New Year, so there’s no better time than this to make this Happy New Year Cutting File into an SVG.

I made this last year with 2016 but I’ve now amended the Files to Add 2017 right through to 2020, so you can get a few years use out of this one!
