Hello everyone. I’m posting a day early to give you plenty of time to make this little gift box which holds a small Easter egg.
This will snugly hold a Creme Egg (here in Australia our Creme Eggs are 39grams) but I expect it’ll fit most little Easter eggs of a similar size.
The File is in two pieces: a little base with a hole for the egg to sit in and a wrap around front and back. The Front has an oval cut out to display the egg and holes at the top to thread ribbon through to close the holder and hold the egg firm.
Assembly is as simple as folding and gluing in the tabs to form the base, positioning it in the middle of the wrap around and securing it by gluing the back and front sides of the base to the upright sections of the wrap around.
