Does your Dad enjoy a nice drop of wine? This tag is a lovely way to present a gift bottle.
I’ve set this cut file up as a Father’s Day Print and Cut design. I printed and cut mine from coloured Kraft Card stock and added the raised oval Dad shape, which I printed on photo paper with a golden background pattern.
It’s easy to adapt the file to add or change a pattern or colour in Silhouette Studio, or change the colour or remove the black borders and make it in your own style.
Also included is a blank outline version of the basic shape, so the file can be used for any occasion. Simply add your own sentiments or decoration and cut from any patterned or plain card stock or paper.
Here’s a similar one I did for a housewarming gift. The borders and text are the same layout but I used different embellishments. I added one of the wood patterns from the Silhouette Pattern Fill options and printed it from white card stock. I changed the bottom to a banner shape.
Excuse the empty background in the pic – we’d just cleared the room for painting!
Search for Wine Bottle Tag on Pinterest and you’ll find heaps of inspiration and ideas for decorating the tags there too.

For my Print and Cut Design I used the Fonts Courier New and Ecuyer Dax.

Pam. now that Silhouette recently had an update to Version 4 do you know if your files will work with the updated version? I have enjoyed many of your files and I sure hope they still will work.
Hi Renee, I haven’t updated yet – will do soon. The V3 version of my files should work fine with V4. They opened fine when I had the V4 Beta Version installed earlier. Also, SVG’s of the files will work with the designer edition. I’m not totally sure about the V2 Versions of my files though, it’s something I’ll have to check when I update.
I’m phasing out offering the V2 files from July – more info on that here. http://www.getsilvered.com/2017/05/silhouette-file-formats/
Hope that helps.
Thanks for the cut files. Will you add me to your list? Thanks, Rosie
