Today, I don’t have a free cut file for you {Sorry – I’ve been time poor!} but I am sharing a link to a free Font that I think will be great to use in Silhouette Studio and cutting machines.
So head on over to Creative Market and get the Oh Wonder Free Font by TheInkAffair. It’s a lovely hand writing style skinny font with rounded lines and I think it’s very versatile. There’s 3 fonts to install: the Regular, The Sans and the Upright.
It is a time sensitive free download though. You only have this weekend to get it for free – so don’t delay.
I downloaded it with sketch pens in mind, but it would be equally great for any other Silhouette use.
A note about Welding
It’s cursive, but if welding, some of the letters need positioning closer to each other to enable a good weld (only if welding is what you intend to do!)
Open the Text style window and use the Character spacing slider to move the letters closer. alternatively you can > Right click on each word >convert to path > move each letter with your keyboard arrow keys or mouse to get them into the desired position ready to weld.
