This week’s free files are inspired by a reader’s Question about a metal die cut design I used. Sandy asked me about making the Sentiment Happy Birthday enclosed within a circle like I had used in a sample card I made in this post.
The particular Happy Birthday circle I had used was made using a Metal Die Cut but similar styles would be very easy to make in the Silhouette Studio software. Simply make a circle, offset it internally and make both circles into a compound path. Then type and size and space the sentiment so all the letters join together and place them inside the ring and weld it altogether.
Sandy’s question got me thinking and today’s files are inspired by that same Sentiment in a Circle idea. I’ve gone with Happy Christmas and Happy holiday theme.
