Good evening Pam,
You have helped me in the past which your suggestions worked well for me.
However, I am in need of your expertise again. I have downloaded the V4 basic edition of the Silhouette. I use the the Portrait machine.
Sadly, I am unable to take a gsd design from a disc and place it on the page for cutting. Sometimes I can but the design just sits there and cannot be highlighted or moved, I then have to close completely to start afresh.
Can you help me please

Hi Edith,
I’m so sorry but this time I can’t help. I have no experience with GSD files at all. I did some searching and it appears that your basic program should open them up just fine with cut files intact and none of the other sites I found addressed your particular problem. All I can suggest is that you reach out to Silhouette if the issue hasn’t resolved itself yet.
